In this article, I will be talking about all the GOtv packages available for Kenyan GOtv customers. I will be revealing their prices and all the channels they come with. Apart from that, I will be informing you about the various error codes in GOtv and how you can clear them. I hope this article will help you make an informed choice the next time you will be recharging, upgrading or downgrading your GOtv account. Broadcaster MultiChoice owns the pay television terrestrial service GOtv Africa, which is available throughout sub-Saharan Africa. It primarily consists of programming from Africa and other countries. In Kenya, they have five packages available for their customers and the following are the packages;

GOtv Plus

GOtv Value

Cheapest GOtv package (GOtv lite)

GOtv lite is the cheapest GOtv package in Kenya. The package has number of channels depending on the payment plan the customer chooses. A customer who prefers monthly payments will pay KSH. 199 per month while a customer who prefers quarterly payments will pay KSH. 500 after every three months. Finally, a subscriber who prefers annual payment will pay KSH. 1200 annually.

The number of channels under each subscription plan is slightly different depending on the plan. The monthly plan (KSH. 199 plan) has the highest number of channels at 20 while the quarterly plan (KSH. 550 quarterly plan) has the lowest number of channels at 15. The annual plan (KSH. 1200 annual plan) has 16 channels.

Channels available under Lite GOtv package

Under Lite GOtv package, the number of channels available for the customers depends on their payment plan. The monthly subscribers get the most number of channels available under this GOtv package (20) followed by annual subscribers who get the second highest number of channels available under this GOtv package (16). Finally, the quarterly subscribers get the lowest number of channels available under this GOtv package (15).

Channels available under GOtv lite package are; Maisha Magic East, Africa Magic Epic, eTV Africa, SuperSport Blitz, Aljazeera, BBC world news, Afro Music, Islam Channel, Emmanuel TV, Citizen TV, Inooro TV, K24, KTN,KTN News, Jim Jam, GBS, Kass TV, Kameme TV and Ebru TV.

GOtv Value Package

GOtv Value is the second package after GOtv lite in Kenya. GOtv Value will cost a subscriber KSH. 550 per month and has lots of entertainment news, kids Channels and sports.

Channels available under Value GOtv package

GOtv Value has a total of 30 channels available for its subscribers. This GOtv package has all the local channels available in it and selected international channels.

The channels available under GOtv Value package are; Maisha Magic East, Africa Magic Epic, eTV Africa, Fashion One, E-Entertainment, SuperSport Blitz, SuperSport select 1, Aljazera, BBC world news, Disney Junior, Nickelodeon, Jim Jam, Afro Music, Faith, Islam Channel, Emmanuel TV, Faith TV, KBC, NTV, KTN, Citizen TV, KTN2,K24, Ebru TV, Inooro TV, GBS, Kass TV and Kmeme TV.

GOtv plus package

Plus GOtv package has more than 45 channels available for its subscribers. This GOtv package is available for Kenyan subscribers for KSH. 870 per month.

The channels available under Plus GOtv package include; Africa Magic Family, M-net Movie zone, Maisha Magic East, Maisha Magic Bongo, Africa Magic Epic, EVA+, Telemundo, eTV Africa, Fox, Fashion One, B4U Movies, Zee world, E-Entertainment, SuperSport Blitz, SuperSport select 1-3, Aljazeera, BBC world news, CNN, Discovery Family, NatGeo Wild, Disney Junior, Nickelodeon, Jim Jam, Afro Music, Faith, Islam Channel, Emmanuel TV, Faith TV, KBC, NTV, KTN, Citizen TV, KTN2,K24, Ebru TV, Inooro TV, GBS, Kass TV and Kmeme TV.

GOtv Max Package

Max GOtv package has more than 50 channels some of which are local and others are international. This package is available for all Kenyan subscribers for KSH. 1150 only.

GOtv Supa package

This is the highest GOtv package available for Kenyan customers. It  has all the channels available in these lower packages and other unique channels that makes it entertaining.
